all common, normal IIW, global and European calibration and test blocks. Our supplier also makes all blocks on request in special materials specified by the customer.
Specialty blocks can be manufactured upon request with submission and provision of a CAD or engineering drawing provided by the end user.
customers can supply their own base blanks of most materials, common or exotic, to be machined to exact requirements - we carry out a PMI check on the base material to confirm type/quality and indicate this on any certificate provided .
All calibration and test blocks are supplied with a normal certificate of conformity, or with a full UKAS certificate on request. We offer recertification to C or C or UKAS standard requirements on customers' own UT blocks.
