Metallographic cut-off machine manual with diamond wheel suitable for making precision cuts with minimal loss of material and without inducing alterations.

body and cutting area in stainless steel AISI 304.
the cooling liquid tank (4 liters) is placed inside the machine body.

the coolant recirculating system is composed by a submerged pump, two adjustable nozzles and a faucet.
the coolant tank is provided of a metallic swarf filter for clean cutting.
the pump works only when the protection hood is closed.
a stainless steel basket inside the coolant tank collects the cut pieces.
