Metallographic cut-off machine TR100 inox with separate coolant recirculating system, floor model

Maximum respect of the metallographic rules (cold cut of all the metals with maximum roughness of Ra = 1 micron).

It allows to cut medium sized pieces of any shape and it easily solves the problems of the metallurgical laboratory and the problems of the heating treatments department.

the machine, realized with cast iron parts, is supported by a solid structure in stainless steel AISI 304
hood is in oven-painted steel with a large polycarbonate window.
to avoid corrosion problems all the cast iron parts are protected with electroless nickel plating.
the cast iron 250x250x10mm T-slotted work table accommodates every kind of clamping devices.
access ports on both sides of the machine accommodate extra-long samples.
the machine is supported by a strong metal cabinet with adjustable antivibrating supports.
the coolant recirculating system, integrated in the cabinet, is composed of a wheeled stainless steel tank, for an easy maintenance of the coolant, provided of a metallic swarf filter for clean cutting, that allows the electropump to work with clean coolant.
the stainless steel tank has a capacity of 40 liters.
the coolant recirculating system is completed by two adjustable nozzles and a faucet.
cutting motor with cast iron housing, supported by a bearing-mounted stainless steel bearing, completely hermetic.
cutting disc mounted on bearing with poly-V belt drive, maximizes cutting area
cutting disc surrounded by a fixed stainless steel housing for better resistance to splashing and corrosion.
