  • the hardness tester Webster W-B75 was developed to obtain more sensitive response to slight changes in the upper range of hardness covered by the Model 20. This sensitivity is particularly useful in testing mild steel and the stronger aluminum alloys. For brass the B-75 covers the range from annealed to full-hard. This added sensitivity is accomplished by incorporating a penetrator of slightly different contour and a heavier load spring than used in the Model B. The 20 graduations on the Webster dial indicator covers the range between 20 and 100 on the Rockwell B Scale.
  • the hardness tester Webster W-B75 is the preferred instrument for testing the force of brass alloy. It can be used to test the hardness value of brass alloy pipes, plates, and especially suitable for batch production site and sales site to do the quick testing and non-destructive checking one by one.
  • Webster hardness tester is easy to operate, just clamp the work piece, and then read the hardness value directly. It focuses on high performance and reliability, in accordance with the Chinese non-ferrous YS/T471-2000
  • conversion: attached conversion table through product manual or "hardness conversion" mobile applications, Webster hardness value can be converted to Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell hardness value.
  • indenter: special steel, new manufacturing technology, high hardness, good toughness, long service life, good interchangeability.
  • indicator hand: high strength of pointer, not easy bending deformation after long time using or wrong operation.
  • dial glass: high strength and high toughness of dial glass, not easy to break after shock.
  • handle: forged aluminum alloy material, anodic protection, wear-resistant, resistant to pollution.
  • hardness blocks: use standard Rockwell hardness tester, in strict accordance with the metrological verification regulations. Laser engraving of the serial number, hardness value and validity period of the data. The roughness and flatness of the surface are also in accordance with the standards.
