The Brinell hardness indentation image is captured by the camera, the indentation diameter is automatically identified and measured, and the Brinell hardness value is automatically calculated and directly displayed. Instead of using a reading microscope to measure manually, calculate the average diameter and consult a chart to get the hardness value.
