  • This special measuring magnifier consists of a pivoting aplanatic objective (image without distortion to the edges), a sliding rod for the focusing system and an all-metal base with a scale in an inclined position, laser engraved in millimeters and inches.
  • On the metal base there is a scale with a graduation of 0.1 mm on one side and a scale in inches with a graduation of 0.005 "on the other. We can thus have a larger functional space for observation. The lens can rotate 360º. In case of very high control requirements for which very good image quality is required.
  • This particularly resistant magnifying glass is specially designed for the production sector if it is necessary to measure distances up to 50 mm long with a graduation of 0.1 mm.
  • An aplanatic lens system consists of 2 plano-convex lenses, which are positioned with the two curved (convex) sides facing each other. Thanks to this arrangement, a representation without distortion is obtained, with very sharp edges. These plano-convex lenses are made mainly of glass. Aplanatic lens systems are used for magnifiers which must have excellent image quality right down to the edges. Such magnifiers differ from standard magnifiers with biconvex lenses by their significantly higher image quality. Indeed, the distortions that generally appear in the border area are completely eliminated.
