Variable speed metallographic polisher with automatic preparation system LSA with central and individual pressure

the whole structure is built with oven painted steel and it is supported on shock-isolating feet
the work plate is driven by an extremely precise and noiseless gear-reducer
the water hose has a faucet for fine regulation of the water flow
the drainer is in polished stainless steel
work plate diameter is Ø 250 mm
rotation speed of the plate is from 0 to 300 r.p.m.
the work plate can be easily replaced
the automatic preparation system LSA allows to prepare one or more than one sample simultaneously
a wide range of sample holders accommodate every kind of specimen with different shapes and sizes
the sample holder for central pressure is coupled to the automatic system shaft by means of a fast locking system, and it can be easily replaced by the sample holder for individual pressure
a selector allows to choose the desired working system: with central or individual pressure
the sample holder is moved by an electric motor with a gear reducer and rotate in the same direction of the work plate
the applied force is supplied by a pneumatic cylinder that also raises the sample holder at the end of the work step
the pressure can be adjusted with a pressure regulator from 2 to 4 bar
the time can be preset with an electronic timer from 1 to 99 min
the timer stops both the polisher and the automatic system at the end of the preset grinding or polishing step
the polisher equipped with the automatic system can be used also for manual sample preparation
