Variable speed metallographic polisher with 2 plates and rotating automatic preparation system LSA with central pressure

the whole structure is built with oven painted steel and it is supported on shock-isolating feet
the machine has two work plates that are driven by extremely precise and noiseless gear-reducers
both water hoses have a faucet for fine regulation of the water flow
the drainers are in polished stainless steel
work plate diameter is 2x Ø 250 mm
the rotation speeds of each plate are independently adjustable from 0 to 300 r.p.m.
the work plates can be easily replaced
the automatic preparation system LSA allows to prepare more than one sample simultaneously
the automatic system LSA rotating type allows the precise positioning of sample holder on work plate about the dimension of sample holder.
the automatic system LSA rotating type has inside special device to block the position of system LSA after it is pushed start button, so it will be fixed on its position
the system LSA rotating type can work on one work plate or on the other. It is possible to use manually the free polisher station at the same time
a wide range of sample holders accommodate every kind of specimen with different shapes and sizes
the sample holder is coupled to the automatic system shaft by means of a fast locking system
the sample holder is moved by an electric motor with a gear reducer and rotate in the same direction of the work plate
the applied force is supplied by a pneumatic cylinder that also raises the sample holder at the end of the work step
the pressure can be adjusted with a pressure regulator from 2 to 4 bar
the time can be preset with an electronic timer from 1 to 99 min
the timer stops both the polisher and the automatic system at the end of the preset grinding or polishing step
the polisher equipped with the automatic system can be used also for manual sample preparation
